The Peak Volumes Christmas window is back again...
...and so are the robins!
The stocking have been hung by the chimney with care...
...the wise men have called in on their way to Bethlehem...
...and it looks like Father Christmas has been!
And rather than a partridge in a pear tree, we close with a little golden bird!
Did you spot the Posada in the Peak Volumes Christmas window?
We have had a visit from Mary, Joseph and the donkey...
...and from the wise men too.

Just a teensy bit of small print - these are only valid at Peak Volumes in Tideswell .
The wise men are arriving this morning!
In Advent 2013, Mary, Joseph and their donkey trekked through Tideswell on their way to Bethlehem. This year, in 2014, the two weary travellers are joined by the wise men, who are following the star.
Each night of their journey (from November 30), Mary, Joseph and the men from the East must find a place to stay, until they reach Bethlehem and hopefully a bed in one last inn (posada in Spanish, from a South American custom).
The figures are designed and created by local artist Fiona Courtney-Thompson (on wood blocks made by David Longden).
Revisit the story of Christmas in a new way, by following the travellers and visiting the mixture of homes, shops and other locations who are putting up the guests each night. Most locations have a window visible from the road.
A list of locations and dates can be found outside each of of the village's churches; or pick up a copy from the porch at St John’s.
The journeys will end on Christmas morning at 10 am at the Tideswell Christmas family service.
