Peak Volumes is moving from its home of four years at the High Peak Centre to a new location just a few miles away in the lovely village of Tideswell. We're going to take over Madeira House in Commercial Road (previously the Cathedral Gallery), right in the centre of the village. The building dates back to the 15th century and was once the village's House of Correction!
We've really enjoyed our time at the High Peak Centre, and the support from all the other businesses on site, but wanted to take the opportunity to expand and grow into our own space. CScapes will stay at the garden centre, and continue to sell cards, pictures, frames and gifts. The books will be there for a few more weeks – so don't forget our half price sale.
It will take a while to move over 30,000 books and refit the shop, but you can keep in touch with our progress on our blog and through Facebook and Twitter – that way you'll be the first to know when we are ready to open! You will still be able to order books through the online bookshop.
